Saray Hotel - Edirne

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration had a charming touch, with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas. It was a delight to spend time in the hotel's general areas, chatting with fellow guests and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. As a senior, I also appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with well-maintained ramps and elevators available for those with mobility issues. It made navigating the hotel a breeze and ensured a comfortable stay for senior people like myself.

If I had one small request for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the staff to speak a bit more slowly and clearly. Sometimes, the children working there spoke too quickly, making it a bit challenging for me to fully understand them.

Had a great Easter weekend exploring the charming historic city, staying in a budget friendly hotel. Staff were lovely. The location was really convenient, being just a short walk to the central market and shopping areas. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. I was super grateful for the fast and smooth Wifi connection and hot shower to warm up after the cold temperatures outside.

The biggest downside for me was the lack of English spoken at the hotel, which made it a bit tricky to communicate. The breakfast was quite basic and not very satisfying.

The hotel was very good! Large room, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, perfect location just off the main pedestrian mall. English-speaking tourist office man is very helpful. Excellent staff, room, and WiFi. Warm room even in -7C weather. Hot water and shower room appliances are great. Close to main shopping area. Must-try liver in local restaurants. Best thing - location and breakfast.
